　ズームインジョブは、いろんな職業のデータをまとめた動画企画です。こどもに職業のことを知ってもらうことや、こどもに職業に対して夢をもってもらうための活動です。3問の簡単のアンケートを行いますが、個別に動画で取材し、Zoomの動画を多少の編集して、そのまま公開する手法にすることで、多数のひとを対象に実施することができます。また、アンケートの実施者（インタビューアー）はこどもでもできるよう簡単な仕組みにして、人や技能によらず独占的でない体制を構築しました。
